Great panoramic views. Large 3,500 s.f.home. We are furniture makers so our house has a great deal of charm and lots of character. Well appointed kitchen double oven, 2 dishwashers. Beautiful dining room with hand made dining table and chairs will seat 6-8 people. Close to Manns Chinese, 10 minute walk to metro line and Hollywood Blvd. Pretty front and rear garden. Master bedroom amazing view, vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom. Lower floor has music room as well as 2 bedrooms with bathrooms one is en-suite. HOME TYPE: Single Family The Neighborhood Located in the old Hollywood Hills,below the Hollywood sign in the Beachwood Canyon Great area for walking in the hills but also very close to restaurants and shops on Franklin Ave. Area has great deal of historic charm and varied architecture. Close to Griffith Park and the Obersavory and to the Hollywood Bowl. Also walking distance to Pantages Theater and 10 minutes to metro and close to Universal Studios. Freindly neighborhood. We enjoy a little gardening and also are learning to play viola and cello and very recently have acquired a piano. We have wanted to travel to Italy for several years and think that staying in someones home would be the most pleasurable way to enjoy the Italian scenery.
