Bayrock 2 (michaelbobzien@hotmail.com 7852629436) is a Cape San Blas Bayfront Vacation Rental, directly across from a beach access park in one of the most beautiful areas of North America.  We have great fishing, beautiful beaches and inspiring scenery. Then there is the Pristine St Joe Bay infamous for the crystal clear water and family scalloping adventures. Come, bring your boat and have a true family experience.  There is plenty of sun, sand, fishing, biking, horseback riding, shelling, kayaking, tranquility, and beautiful water.

There is 500' dock to tie your boat to and make access for fishing and scalloping such a pleasure. Inside the home you will have plenty of room to relax and take in the natural beauty. You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a king bed and the other with both a king and queen bed. Downstairs on the main floor you will find 2 more bedrooms with the same configuration, one king and the other with both king and queen. There is a pool table on the back terrace and an indoor swimming pool. On the front porch is a ping pong table. There is plenty of parking with in easy walk to the home for your boat trailers. There is a bike path that provides a pleasant biking experience into St Joe State Park. Come and take in all the Cape has to offer. Inquire about renting waverunners, parasailing or possible pontoon boat rental.

Additional information about rental rates

Rates from $1995 - $3295 per week plus taxes.  Weeks run from Sunday to Sunday

There is capacity for 10 persons maximum. Add $200 per person over 10 staying overnight during the rental period up to 12 maximum.  Inquire if you have a group larger than 12. 

To reserve 50% is required and the remaining 50% required 60 prior to arrival. Changes or cancellations are available up to 60 days before arrival. After this refunds are dependent on rerenting the reserved period. Separate check for damage and clean deposit of $300.  This will be destroyed at checkout if home is left clean and undamaged.

Fees

Tax Rate: 11.0%. Linens Optional: add $150 for linens ( includes 10 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash clothes, and 2 kitchen towels)... Pet Fee: $100 per pet inquire first size limit, $150 cleaning fee

Parking for 3 vehicles in front of home.  Add $100 per vehicle over 3 parked close to home.  Free offstreet parking for additional vehicles and trailers near entrance to property.

Mick was a fantastic host. He helped us out with everything we needed and not only answered all of our questions but offered useful suggestions for fun activities. The home was great - the spacious kitchen, multiple bathrooms and lots of places to sit were all key for our group of 11. Being on the bay was nice for trying our hand at fishing. The white sandy beach was just a short walk across the street and was not crowded. We also loved the basketball hoop in the driveway and the running/biking trail so we could get some exercise. Overall, a great rental property. Thanks Mick!

I just wanted to leave feedback on our vacation...Mr. Bobzien helped us in finding our perfect spot! More memories have been made in one month than we have made in many years of traveling! My children did not want to leave and we will be returning! There is so much I would love to share with those of you who chose Bayrock as your next vacation destination... We had the good fortune to find you on the internet, and were intrigued by the uniqueness of Bayrock.We had the good fortune to rent for the month of March, 2012. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations.Cape San Blas was unknown to us. After our stay, we can't wait to come back. The bay is wonderful and the Gulf was a wonderful place to beach walk. Your location gave us easy access to both.The non-commercialization of the Cape was wonderful and the house on the Cape a pleasure to look at as we wandered the magnificent, pet friendly beach. The area is tranquil and extremely clean.Bayrock was everything you promised and more. The bed was comfortable, everything worked and the privacy at the bay was incredible! Diane and I could not have asked for a better place to call home for an extended period. We would be hard pressed to ever find a more perfect spot for us, and I would be pleased to give reference to anyone considering a stay with you.

We rented the Bayrock 1 in April 2012 for our group of 4 families with kids, for a 2 day weekend stay. We had such a wonderful stay here, with easy access to the beach, walkable distance to the bay, great amenities within the house, a game room, and swimming pool. All rooms are spacious - so all the families had a comfortable stay, the dome shaped rooms upstairs which is unusual was popular among the kids too, who loved to play their hide and seek ... overall this was such a fun trip, and we definitely plan to have many more visits here in the future.
