The king size bed in the master suite is comfortable and dressed with new linens. Unwind and relax in the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath or enjoy the newly tiled glass shower. The bathroom vanity has double sinks as well. There is a small balcony off of the master bedroom for enjoying the famous Cocoa Beach sunsets or your own private view of a shuttle launch less than five miles away. Each bedroom has its own cable television with DVD. The second bathroom also has a Jacuzzi tub and is located at the end of the hallway with the two other bedrooms. Both second and third bedrooms have queen size beds and full closets. Downstairs, the family room integrates a dining area, sitting area and granite breakfast bar in an open space allowing everyone to be together. The television in the living room also has cable with extra movies channels and a DVD. The kitchen is beautifully done in dark granite and stainless steel appliances with flat top stove. The powder room is off of the kitchen area for added convenience. Also has a brand new full capacity front loader washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Double French doors are off the living room which open to a poured patio area with a charcoal grill. Wireless internet and local phone service are provided.
