Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals - Bayrock a Bayfront Home.  Bayrock 1 a dome home on Cape San Blas overlooking St Joseph Bay with the beach across the street. Inside the home you will have plenty of room to relax and take in the view. The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with king beds, 2 bedrooms on the main floor each with one twin and one single. The home is handicap accessible.There is a 500' dock with power and water to get you in and out of your boat comfortably.  Don't have a boat, Captain Hal Tarpley will pick you up from the dock and take you fishing for reds, trout, flounder, tarpin, scalloping.  Call him at 850 227 6272.  Check out the video of one his recent outings.

The home is a perfect place for peace and relaxation.  There have been sightings of bobcats and eagles during various times of the year.  The home is surrounded by oaks and palms.  Directly across the street is a beach park with bathrooms and showers.

The home has screened porches, outdoor grill, Central Air/heat and basketball court.  Tennis and golf facilities are a short drive away.  A bike and running paved way runs from the St Park to the beginning of Cape San Blas Rd. This is about a 10 mile bike and running lane.  Bring your canoes, bikes, beach tent and don't forget the snorkelling gear.  Be ready to have some fun here on Cape San Blas.

Additional information about rental rates

Rates from $895 - $2450 weekly. Monthly Rental during winter season only.  

There is capacity for 8. Add $200 per person over 8 staying overnight during anyday of the rental period.  Inquire if needing space for more than 10 persons.  Inquire about pets. $100 per pet. 

Check in is 5 pm and check out is 10:30 am eastern time

Parking for 3 vehicles.  2 vehicles to the left at the top of the hill by front door.  Make sure no all vehicles are not extending beyond the telephone poll.  This obstructs the neighbor when they are moving their boat.  One more vehicle permited to the left of the basketball goal.  Add an extra $100 per vehicle over 3 parked close to home.  Parking for trailers and extra vehicles close to entrance of property.

 
To reserve 50% is required and the remaining 50% required 60 days prior to arrival. Separate check for damage and clean deposit of $300.  This is destroyed upon check out. Changes or cancellations are available up to 60 days before arrival. After this refunds are dependent on rerenting the reserved period.

(Linens Optional: add $100 for linens includes 8 towels, 4 hand towels, 4 face towels and 2 kitchen towels... Pet Fee: $100 per animal, $100 cleaning fee)

Six long time bicycling, fishing and kayaking buddies enjoyed a perfect week at Bayrock. Nice, spacious, interesting, relaxing accomodations in a perfect setting for outdoor recreation. Beautiful view and door step access to St. Joe Bay and across the street access to Gulf of Mexico beaches. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning for another outstanding one-of-a-kind vacations.

The Home is clean, comfortable, unique, with all the modern necessities. We like having access to the dock for our boat and the beach across the street. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. We set up a sun shade tent and will go back and forth during the day. We bring our bikes and our boat. It is a great family spot. I want to come in the fall and try fishing. I just wanted to leave feedback on our vacation...Mr. Bobzien helped us in finding our perfect spot! More memories have been made in one month than we have made in many years of traveling! The Bayrock home is Fantastic

The home is so comfortable. I would compare it to wearing your most comfortable clothes. You are relaxed and uncramped. We love the location for our kids. Some can go to the beach while others go and play in the Bay scalloping and snorkeling. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere. We are going back - Steven B

Bayrock is the best place on the cape!

The Bayrock houses are as adaptable as they are comfortable. We've stayed there with large groups and by ourselves. Either way, this is one of the best vacation spots ever. The houses are well-outfitted, have spacious gathering spots, private bedrooms with ample room for children in the upstairs living areas and are clean and well-kept. But, maybe the best part is the view of the bay. Sitting on one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the world, Bayrock allows easy access to the bay and the beach. We often never have time to leave Cape San Blas. We truly have made incredible memories with friends and family at Bayrock. We stayed during the Fall.  The weather was great.  The home was clean and comfortable.  Mick is very pleasant and friendly.  We wanted to come in the summer but we had to change our plans and Mick was very accommadating.  We will return again.

We had the good fortune to find you on the internet, and were intrigued by the uniqueness of Bayrock.We had the good fortune to rent for the month of March, 2012. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations.Cape San Blas was unknown to us. After our stay, we can't wait to come back. The bay is wonderful and the Gulf was a wonderful place to beach walk. Your location gave us easy access to both.The non-commercialization of the Cape was wonderful and the house on the Cape a pleasure to look at as we wandered the magnificent, pet friendly beach. The area is tranquil and extremely clean.Bayrock was everything you promised and more. The bed was comfortable, everything worked and the privacy at the bay was incredible! Diane and I could not have asked for a better place to call home for an extended period. We would be hard pressed to ever find a more perfect spot for us, and I would be pleased to give reference to anyone considering a stay with you.
