We are looking to travel to (Open to any destination): would like city center, close to transport and tourist areas rome, Italy prague, Czech Republic london, United Kingdom tokeyo, Japan The Home Beautiful 200 Sq Meter apartment with varanda overlooking a tree-covered square with wild parrots and monkeys. Our apt has living and dining rooms, office with high speed computer. There are two bedrooms and a third room with large "L" shaped couch and 42" TV/DVD surround sound system. Two queen beds and two full bathrooms. Third full bathroom that is smaller and a separate half-bath. All bedrooms have small balcony. Large and modern kitchen with all appliances. AC and ceiling fans in all rooms. Live-in maid works to do all cleaning and clothes. She will even cook some Brazilian dishes if you wish. 24 hours security in our building and at entrance to street. Garage parking comes with apartment. Five minute walk to beach and all stores and restaurants. Our apartment is close to everything, including transportation by bus or cab. Metro is nearby in Copacabana. We have a springer spaniel named Thor and two cats. Val, our maid, takes care of the animals. Thanks for your interest. Leblon is right next to the famous beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana. The apt is just a short five minute walk to the beach. Within five or ten minute walk there are a minimum 50 restaurants, two upscale bakeries and delis, numerous grocery stores, fresh fruit and veggie stores, lots of theaters, National forest, and the Lagoa. The best thing about our place is its quiet and close to everything. Wild green and yellow parrots feed off our Varanda every day. There is a family of wild monkeys in the trees in front of our Varanda in the Square. Leblon is like the Hollywood of Brazil. There are lots of Brazilian movie stars that live in the area. As a result, there are lots of nice restaurants and plenty of bars and nightclubs. We have been together for 7 years and traveled extensively in Europe and Latin America. Bill is American and Marcio is Brazilian. Bill has traveled throughout North America, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia. We play volleyball and this paddle ball called Fresco ball here in Brazil. We have a great dog named Thor. He is a black Cocker Spaniel of about 3 years old. We also have two cats. One you wont see much because he is shy. The other is Miss busy-body who likes to sit on your lap. Her name is Sadie and she is the real queen of the house. Val is our maid. Most middle class Brazilian families have maids. She lives here and takes care of the animals, cleans and does your clothes washing. If you like, she can even make you a Brazilian dinner. Her rice and beans are to die for.
