Basic steps to improve SEO and improve page rank or placement on google and bing search pages.
1. Add a blog to your personal website. ( wordpress.org ) or I can do one for you that covers everything I talk about for a very reasonable price. The key is to have each blog article display as an independent URL to be picked up by search engines. It is critical to have Title and description meta tags in your page source code.

3. Photos are excellent if given a name with keywords you want to be found under. In the source code....
alt=" name of photo " should be used. Bing places a collage of photos under search words with links back to the websites.
4. Regularly use Google webmaster tools to monitor your site and keep it maximized for Search Bots.
5. Now for the external tasks. Write good searchable articles with quality content.
6. Place links and keywords in the article to a ratio of 2-4%. Go to google keywords to get keyword suggestions. You can try several strategies. I recommend going for lesser number of searches so the time required to show up on the first page is less. Higher volume searched keywords will involve more time and extra effort but should be targeted simultaneously with the quick results strategy. This way you can deliver results quickly and then see your trend line angle upwards with time.
7. Submit the articles to high ranking article publication sites.
8. Continue submitting unique, high quality and interesting articles. Think of it as juggling. If you take your eyes off the next target all the balls come down. This is the same with SEO. Once you get the balls in the air this is an ongoing process.
9. Writing good quality content submitted to quality sites with backlinks is more of an investment versus a monthly expense. You are investing in your name and your brand.
